Job summary

News UK is seeking a Product Owner for Commercial Systems to own CRM/OMS and downstream integrations, partnering with the Solutions Architect to deliver solid, well-integrated systems. You will define roadmaps, prioritise backlogs and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Technology and Finance to drive initiatives.

The role requires a pragmatic, data-driven approach, strong technical knowledge of CRM/OMS, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technical tasks and data-driven projects.
• Excellent knowledge of CRM and/or Order Management Systems; Salesforce and Lineup experience is beneficial.
• Advertising or general media sales knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Enthusiastic about troubleshooting and learning about new solutions.

Responsibilities

• System ownership of the CRM, OMS and downstream system integrations.
• Manage vendor relationships.
• Technical delivery of BAU, system configuration and improvement plans with hands-on configuration.
• Work with Solutions Architect to ensure solid, integrated and tested solutions.
• Contribute towards the definition of the product strategy and identify improvements based on vendor development and user feedback.
• Define product roadmap, prioritise backlog order and manage stakeholder trade-offs.
