Job summary

News UK is seeking a Product Owner to drive the CRM (Salesforce) and OMS (Lineup) for Commercial Systems. You will own system integrations, outline the product strategy, and steer the roadmap with close collaboration with the Solutions Architect and stakeholders.

You will work within the Commercial Technology team to improve data flows, reporting, and user experience across Sales Operations. Strong technical and vendor-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technical tasks and data-driven projects.
• Excellent knowledge of CRM and/or Order Management Systems and their role in Quote-to-Cash.
• Advertising or general media sales knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• System ownership of the CRM, OMS and downstream integrations.
• Deliver BAU work, system configuration and improvement plans with hands-on config.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architect to ensure solid, well-integrated solutions.
• Contribute to product strategy and user feedback-driven improvements.
• Define roadmap, prioritise backlog and manage stakeholder trade-offs.
