Job summary

Financial Ombudsman Service in London is seeking a Technology Product Owner to help drive our digital journey. You’ll own roadmaps for Microsoft 365 and Copilot, shape user journeys, and partner with casework teams, suppliers, and internal colleagues to deliver value.

You’ll advocate for the product, balance governance with delivery, and ensure changes align with customer needs. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, attention to detail, and the judgement to raise issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a digital product owner supporting organisational goals.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Power Automate, Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Experience working with suppliers to understand roadmaps and promote features.
• Strong understanding of data protection, ethics and security risks related to Copilot and AI.
• Experience building low-code agents for prototyping and enabling colleagues’ AI capabilities.
• Experience in fast-paced digital/transformation projects and prioritising workload.
• Experience collaborating with other product/platform owners to deliver changes.
