Job description

We are recruiting for a Product Owner with DLP experience to join one of our insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Inside IR35

Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the GRS Architecture Team and assigned Architect to ensure architecture decisions related to platform technologies are well-discussed and optimized for customer outcomes.
2. Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring its accuracy and relevance.
3. Work effectively with the Scrum Master, development team, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, remove obstacles, and address issues promptly.
4. Participate in Portfolio planning sessions (30/60/90-day).
5. Set stakeholder expectations for delivery timelines and develop clear, actionable user stories.
6. Manage and support Product Analysts.
7. Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint demos and retrospectives.
8. Contribute to building the team’s product roadmap, incorporating strategic inputs from stakeholders.

Experience:

• Extensive experience as a Product Owner or Delivery Lead in Data Loss Prevention projects.
• Proven experience in Regulatory and Risk Management initiatives within a team setting.
• Knowledge of data governance, integrity, lineage, and management.
• Industry experience in Insurance, including Specialty and Commercial lines.
• Experience in shaping and implementing global operating models/frameworks.
• Strong Agile practitioner skills and experience working in Agile teams.
• Management experience with third-party suppliers and development teams, onshore or offshore.
• Experience working with MS Purview.
