We are transforming our core capabilities to deliver exceptional customer and business outcomes through Data and Digital transformation initiatives. Data is at the heart of both our transformation programme and long-term business strategies - having high quality customer data that is mastered centrally enables the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and business outcomes across Aviva.
Therefore, we are excited to be recruiting a Senior Product Owner for Customer Identity into our Customer Data team, that is part of the Customer & Marketing Chief Data Office. In this role, you will lead the delivery of the next wave of enhancements to our new cloud-native Master Data Management (MDM) solution for customers that underpins a wide range of digital, operational, marketing and analytical use cases.
A bit about the job:
The role requires a skilled data and change practitioner with solid business acumen and a proven track record of aligning product visions and objectives with strategic business goals. Success in this role is driven by building effective partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders, maximising value across both innovative initiatives and established business processes that depend on the Customer Identity product, delivered via a modern MDM solution.
