Job Title: Senior Product Owner for Customer Identity

We are transforming our core capabilities to deliver exceptional customer and business outcomes through Data and Digital transformation initiatives. Data is at the heart of our transformation programme and long-term business strategies. Having high-quality customer data that is mastered centrally enables the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and business outcomes across Aviva.

We are excited to recruit a Senior Product Owner for Customer Identity into our Customer Data team, part of the Customer & Marketing Chief Data Office. In this role, you will lead the delivery of enhancements to our cloud-native Master Data Management (MDM) solution for customers, supporting digital, operational, marketing, and analytical use cases.

About the role:

This position requires a skilled data and change practitioner with strong business acumen and a proven track record of aligning product visions with strategic business goals. Success depends on building effective stakeholder partnerships and maximizing value across initiatives that depend on the Customer Identity product, delivered via a modern MDM solution.

Skills and experience:

• Experience leading change and product delivery in complex environments, including incremental improvements and transformational initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
• High curiosity and passion for how data and technology solve business challenges
• Understanding of data principles for operational, regulatory, and strategic purposes
• Ability to clarify ambiguous requirements and define outcomes
