Computer Futures is seeking an experienced Product Operations leader to drive operational excellence across the product function in a fast‑scaling software business. You will align teams, processes and delivery frameworks to support growth, customer satisfaction and product innovation.

Formación

• Proven experience in a Product Operations, Delivery, Programme Management or Product Leadership role.
• Experience in a SaaS, software or technology‑driven environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated success improving operational processes and delivery performance.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with day‑to‑day operational execution.
• Experience implementing reporting structures, KPIs, OKRs and performance frameworks.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Drive continuous improvement across product and delivery processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to establish scalable operating frameworks.
• Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms, KPIs and performance metrics to track product and delivery outcomes.
• Ensure product roadmaps, priorities and delivery plans remain aligned with wider business objectives.
• Facilitate effective cross‑functional collaboration between technical, commercial and operational teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies and delivery challenges, implementing solutions before they impact business performance.
• Support resource planning, capacity management and prioritisation activities across multiple workstreams.
• Improve visibility of product initiatives through structured governance, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Champion operational excellence and best practice across the organisation.
• Lead, coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Help define and implement the tools, systems and processes that enable teams to work more effectively.
• Support business growth by ensuring the organisation can scale without compromising quality, performance or customer experience.
