Job summary

Scale is seeking a senior Product leader to head a high-stakes team responsible for delivering and integrating Scale products into complex customer environments. You will own the feedback loop from bespoke field wins to scalable product strategy, collaborating closely with Sales/GTM and EPD.

You will hire and mentor PMs for strategic accounts, identify patterns to move bespoke solutions into core products, and partner with Sales/GTM to align the roadmap with market demand.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product leadership experience.
• 4+ years managing Product Management teams.
• Experience in forward-deployed models or top-tier technical consulting/implementation.
• High technical IQ with APIs, data pipelines and SQL; understands data quality impact on models.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and deploy PMs across strategic accounts (e.g., Fortune 100, government).
• Identify patterns across deployments; elevate bespoke solutions to core product.
• Partner with Sales/GTM and EPD to align roadmap with market demand.
• Provide strategic and technical oversight to unblock high-priority deployments in red zones.
• Champion the voice of the field within internal EPD teams.
