Computer Futures is seeking an experienced Head of Product Delivery to lead and evolve the delivery function within a growing software business. You will ensure product initiatives are delivered effectively, empowering teams and establishing governance to scale.

In this leadership role you will drive delivery excellence, improve cross-functional collaboration and translate strategic priorities into successful customer and business outcomes.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a Head of Delivery or similar leadership position.
• Experience leading delivery teams within software, SaaS or technology-driven environments.
• Demonstrable success managing complex product delivery programmes with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience building and improving delivery processes, governance frameworks and operational structures.
• Strong people leadership experience, including performance management, coaching and team development.
• Experience operating within Agile product development environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how delivery performance impacts business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor and develop delivery-focused teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Support managers and team leads in setting objectives, managing performance and developing talent.
• Build and maintain a high-performing delivery organisation aligned to business objectives.
• Promote a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and ownership.
• Own the delivery of multiple product initiatives and programmes across the organisation.
• Ensure product roadmaps are translated into achievable delivery plans.
• Identify and proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies and challenges.
• Monitor progress against agreed milestones and ensure stakeholders remain informed.
• Drive predictable and sustainable delivery practices across Product and Engineering teams.
• Establish, optimise and maintain delivery frameworks, governance processes and operational standards.
• Continuously assess existing ways of working and implement improvements where required.
• Introduce metrics and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility of delivery performance.
• Ensure teams are using tools and processes effectively to maximise productivity.
• Create scalable operating models capable of supporting future business growth.
• Act as a key point of contact between Product, Engineering and wider business functions.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align delivery activity with strategic business priorities.
• Communicate progress, challenges and opportunities clearly to executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate decision-making by providing accurate delivery insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to organisational planning and resource allocation.
• Support the development of product and technology strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve organisational effectiveness and customer outcomes.
• Help shape the future structure and growth of the Product and Delivery functions.
