Job summary

China Telecom Global in London is seeking a product operations specialist to support mobile product design, testing and delivery across European and Chinese supplier networks. The role focuses on platform operations, configuration, SIM management and workflow processing.

You will collaborate across departments, analyze data, and liaise with international partners to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution, while leveraging Excel and SQL skills to drive business insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related discipline (Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, or similar).
• Proactive collaboration across departments and with external suppliers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve product/platform issues.
• Good data analysis skills; proficient in Excel; SQL knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day product operations: mobile design, testing and acceptance.
• Assist in product delivery and resolve technical and product-related issues for key customers.
• Liaise with suppliers in Europe and China to support supplier development and procurement workflows.
• Assist with platform operations: system configuration, SIM management, configurable workflows.
• Conduct competitor research and analyse business data to support operations and optimisation.
