Job summary

China Telecom Global is seeking a talented professional to support daily product operations, including mobile product design, testing and acceptance. You will help deliver products, resolve technical and product-related issues for key customers, and liaise with suppliers across Europe and China.

You will also assist platform operations, configuration, SIM management and workflow processing, while conducting competitor research and data analysis to optimise the platform and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related discipline.
• Strong learning, communication, coordination and execution skills.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and resolve product/platform issues.
• Good English and Chinese communication skills with suppliers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day product operations, including mobile product design, testing and acceptance.
• Support product delivery and assist in resolving technical and product-related issues for key customers.
• Liaise with suppliers in Europe and China, supporting supplier development and relationship maintenance, as well as product procurement and settlement processes.
• Assist platform operations, including system configuration, SIM management and configurable workflow processing.
• Conduct competitor research, collect and analyse business data, and support platform operations and optimisation.
