  • Manage in-app communications across end-to-end user journeys
  • Deliver in-app campaigns to drive digital leads and sales within the B2B application
  • Dig deep into customer insights and behaviors to uncover areas of friction, patterns, etc. and utilize data insights to optimize strategies and tactics

  • Messaging & Positioning: Skill in developing clear, concise, and compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences and highlights value.
  • Project Management Methodologies: Knowledge of project management best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to effectively manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.

What’s in it for you:

  • A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you
  • Competitive compensation package + bonus
  • 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days after 2 years of employment
  • Two (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community
