Growth Marketing Manager – Scale-Up / Automotive Tech – London (Hybrid)

Salary between £60,000 - £70,000

We’re working with a fast-growing, VC-backed scale-up transforming the car maintenance space through a smart, digital-first platform. Backed by a major European automotive brand, they’re now looking to hire a Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer orders across their B2C and B2B products.

This is a hands-on role focused on scaling their non-paid growth channels – particularly CRM and SEO. You’ll be responsible for campaign ideation, lifecycle marketing, and content-led growth, with the freedom to test and execute creative ideas that drive engagement and conversion.

You’ll work cross-functionally with product, performance, design and commercial teams, and manage agency partners where needed. There’s also scope to hire freelance copywriting support if required.

Key experience required:

• Strong experience in a growth, CRM or SEO-focused marketing role
• Proven track record driving growth via non-paid channels
• Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment
• Comfortable taking ownership of CRM tools and email marketing
• Strong campaign ideation and creative testing mindset
• Data-driven and commercially focused with an interest in both B2C and B2B

You’ll be joining a small, collaborative London-based team (~35 people), with 3 days a week in the Angel office. Full UK working rights required.
