A few examples of your responsibilities

  • Specialize. Learn everything about your product, its business model, and the key levers driving its growth.
  • Analyze. Dive deep into the data of high-performance campaigns to find patterns that ensure their ongoing success.
  • Ideate. Find new ways to optimize monetization and drive profitability, taking inspiration from experiments, winning approaches from other Bending Spoons products, and competitors.
  • Experiment. Design and run A/B tests to validate your ideas with real users, collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and analysts to bring your experiments to life.
  • Implement. If an idea proves successful, roll it out to all users. If it doesn’t, use the learnings to sharpen your intuition and fuel the next cycle of ideation and testing.

  • Competitive pay and access to equity in the company. Typically, we offer an individual at the start of their career a salary of £66,779 in the UK and €63,965 elsewhere. If they possess a few years of relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between £110,389 and £149,636 in the UK, and €105,737 and €143,330 elsewhere. Pay grows rapidly as you accumulate experience and translate it into greater impact. You can also receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut.
