Pavlov is seeking its first Marketing hire to define and communicate its story to B2B SaaS companies. The role combines strategic thinking and hands-on execution, focusing on market positioning and sales enablement materials. With a flexible remote-first environment and competitive salary, this is an exciting opportunity to impact a growing startup.
Pavlov is building the next generation of customer success tools for B2B SaaS companies. We help businesses maximise the value of their scaled customer segments by identifying key signals, orchestrating automated interventions, and measuring realised value over time.
Founded by a team with experience from Meta, Intercom, and Shopify, we're tackling the challenges of the consumerisation of B2B, helping companies make data-driven decisions without adding more headcount.
As our first Marketing hire at Pavlov, you'll shape how we tell our story to the world. You'll help define our market positioning, craft compelling narratives with clarity and conviction, and create the materials that enable our sales team to win.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a strategic thinker and skilled doer—someone who's just as comfortable developing GTM strategy as they are building a deck from scratch. You'll develop deep customer understanding, create sales enablement materials that convert, and establish how we communicate our value in the market.
We're looking for someone who can tell our story in a way that resonates with B2B SaaS companies while being instrumental in our growth. If you're passionate about storytelling, understand how marketing drives revenue, and want outsized impact at an early-stage company, we'd love to hear from you.
