Your mission

As ourProduct Marketing Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving go-to-market success, shaping our product narratives, and scaling our Product Marketing function to new heights.
In this role you will
- Lead Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies that ensure successful product launches, competitive differentiation, and strong positioning, contributing to the growth of the PMM team.
- Define Personas and ICPs: Collaborate with PMM peers to validate and update personas and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), ensuring they align with evolving market needs and effectively target the right audiences as part of deskbird’s multi-product strategy.
- Leverage Data and Market Insights: Use product adoption metrics and competitive research to uncover actionable insights, inform the product roadmap, and optimise product engagement. Continuously refine our market fit through a data-driven approach.
- Empower Sales and Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Equip Sales with high-impact enablement materials and collaborate across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to deliver unified messaging. Measure your impact through improved sales performance, customer satisfaction, and product success.
- Champion Customer Advocacy: Drive initiatives that showcase customer stories, develop case studies, and create product guides. Work with the CX team to enhance product adoption, retention, and advocacy, building stronger relationships with our users.
What you need to be successful
- Product Marketing Expertise: 6+ years in Product Marketing, including 2+ years as a manager.
- Sales Enablement Experience: Proven ability to empower Sales teams with engaging narratives and tailored collateral.
- Exceptional Communication: Confident in delivering presentations, hosting webinars, and training teams.
- Strategic and Hands-On: Skilled at high-level planning and detailed execution.
- SaaS Startup Experience: Thrives in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments.
- Language Skills:Native-level proficiency in either English or German is required. If German is the native language, strong proficiency in English is necessary.
