Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a Product Manager to shape the future of UCaaS/CCaaS platforms. Hybrid role with two office days in Poole, Dorset, focusing on Zoom, collaboration tools and omni-channel engagement for employees and customers.

You will drive platform improvements, partner with engineering and operations, and champion user-focused, product-led outcomes within a fast-moving digital team.

• Strong understanding of product delivery and roadmap ownership.
• Experience working with cross-functional technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Owning and evolving the product roadmap for communications and collaboration platforms; driving improvements across Zoom and omni-channel engagement tools.
• Working with Engineering, IT and Operations teams to deliver new features, integrations and enhancements.
• Helping shape how communication technology supports customer journeys and internal teams.
• Gathering requirements, prioritising initiatives and turning ideas into deliverable outcomes.
• Using feedback, data and user insight to improve platform adoption and experience.
• Supporting platform upgrades, migrations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Managing relationships with technology partners and vendors.
• Championing a user-focused, product-led approach across the business.
