Job summary

Unum UK is seeking a Digital Product Owner to lead delivery across key digital platforms. You will own the backlog, prioritise the roadmap, and act as the main decision-maker while collaborating with Technology, Proposition, Marketing and Operations to deliver customer-focused features.

Candidates should have Agile product experience, strong stakeholder skills, and a PSPO/CSPO is desirable. The role offers hybrid working in Dorking or Basingstoke with generous benefits and pension schemes.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the product backlog and roadmap.

• Utilise data to translate customer needs into features and enhancements.
• Lead Agile delivery, ensuring focus on value and customer outcomes.
