INDWIN is seeking a Product Manager for the UK market with strong food processing knowledge to lead a specialist portfolio across the region. You will work closely with sales, manufacturing and customers to drive growth and demonstrate industry-leading processing solutions.

The role requires experience in food processing equipment, a commercial mindset, and the ability to influence purchasing decisions. A driving licence and willingness to travel are essential for success in this leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in food processing, protein processing, meat processing, dairy processing or packaging machinery.
• Background in Product Management, Applications Engineering, Technical Sales, Business Development or Field Service Engineering.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial food processing equipment.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with food manufacturing customers.
• Commercial awareness with ability to identify growth opportunities and influence customer investment decisions.
• Experience delivering technical demonstrations, training, commissioning, service support or application advice.
• Understanding of yield improvement, throughput optimisation, ROI calculations or process efficiency would be advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.

PRODUCT MANAGER - FOOD SLICING & PROCESSING EQUIPMENT - UK - EXCELLENT SALARY + BONUS + CAR ALLOWANCE + BENEFITS

Have you worked in a technical, engineering, applications, service or commercial role involving industrial food processing, slicing, portioning or packaging machinery?

Do you have experience supporting food manufacturers within protein, meat, dairy, deli or wider food processing environments?

Can you build credibility with customers through your technical expertise and understanding of food processing applications?

Are you looking to take ownership of a specialist product portfolio within a global market-leading organisation?

If the answers are yes, we are hiring for a Product Manager on behalf of a global leader in food processing and packaging technology.

This is a highly visible, strategic position responsible for driving the growth of an established slicing and food processing equipment portfolio across the UK. Working closely with sales teams, customers and manufacturing colleagues, you will act as the market expert for a range of world-class processing solutions used throughout the food manufacturing sector.

The client is open to considering candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including Product Management, Applications Engineering, Technical Sales and Field Service Engineering, providing they possess strong technical knowledge of food processing equipment and the commercial aptitude to influence customer purchasing decisions.

WHAT YOU NEED

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with slicing, portioning, pressing, food preparation or packaging equipment
• Knowledge of protein, deli, bacon, cooked meat, poultry, seafood or cheese processing environments
• Capital equipment experience gained within food manufacturing
• Previous experience with OEMs supplying food processing or packaging technology
• Exposure to automation, production line integration or applications engineering
