Job summary

White-Recruitment is seeking a commercially minded Product Manager to lead the Slicing Technologies portfolio across the UK and Germany. You’ll own the product range, drive pricing, strategy and profitability, working with sales and OEM partners.

The role offers a strong bonus up to 40%, a pension, private medical insurance and a career with a globally recognised engineering business. Travel 2–3 nights per week will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with food processing machinery, industrial slicing technology or capital equipment.
• Technical background with strong commercial awareness.
• Previous Product Manager, Technical Sales or Applications Engineer role.

Responsibilities

• Own slicing product range and develop sales strategies to grow market share.
• Collaborate with sales teams, customers and OEM partners to convert tech into business results.
• Lead product launches, trials, FATs, exhibitions and product training.
• Develop tailored solutions with measurable ROI and yield improvements.
• Build strong relationships with customers and international manufacturing partners.
