Job summary

Lendable is seeking a Product Manager to join the Central Operations team and improve how our operational teams serve customers at scale. You will own the product discovery, prioritisation and delivery for tooling and automation across UK/US products, working with Operations, Engineering, Data Science, Product, Risk and Compliance.

You will drive opportunities to reduce manual work, improve outcomes and productivity, while defining success metrics and using pilots to validate solutions before

Qualifications

• Experience delivering internal tools or workflow platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer operations and regulated processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to turn data into action.

Responsibilities

• Own product discovery, prioritisation and delivery for operational tooling and automation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve customer outcomes.
• Translate operational problems into clear product opportunities, requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists and subject-matter experts to deliver solutions.
• Lead initiatives across complaints, fraud, financial crime, automation, reporting and agent tooling.
• Define success metrics and monitor performance to iterate on products.
