Job summary

Ford Credit is seeking a senior, hands-on leader to orchestrate operational excellence across the European Product function. You will shape the product operating model, drive AI-enabled workflows, and partner with North America teams to enable scalable product delivery.

In this role you’ll own tooling and automation ecosystems (Jira, Airtable, Confluence, Miro), design scalable processes, and ensure compliant governance with Legal and Risk teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Operations or similar strategic enablement role.
• Expertise with product tooling and workflow automation.
• Experience designing scalable operating models and cross-functional ways of working.
• Strong understanding of AI in product development and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise the product technology ecosystem (Jira, Airtable, Confluence, Miro).
• Define and continuously improve the operating model for product planning, prioritisation and execution.
• Lead adoption of Generative AI across the PDLC with AI-powered workflows.
• Partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to embed regulatory requirements.
