Checkatrade is hiring a Product Manager for Ops Tooling in London to own the vision and strategy for tools, platforms and workflows powering our Sales and Operations teams. You’ll explore how AI, automation and technology can reduce manual work while improving outcomes.

You’ll work with our Product Delivery Manager and Engineering Manager to balance today’s reliance with tomorrow’s needs, prioritising impact and leading bets from discovery to delivery and measurement.

Qualifications

• Strong product management experience with end-to-end delivery.
• Practical understanding of AI and automation in workflows.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into opportunities and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and product strategy for Ops Tooling in line with Sales, Operations and customer strategy.
• Get close to teams and use data to identify opportunities to improve how they work.
• Reimagine end-to-end workflows, balancing people, process and technology.
• Make AI and automation core to operations as new capabilities arrive.
• Lead significant product bets from discovery through delivery and measuring impact.
• Prioritise on business impact, balancing conversion, productivity and cost to serve.
• Align senior stakeholders on problems, investments and trade-offs.
