Scarlet, a London-based medical technology certification company, is looking for a product lead to own the strategy, roadmap and outcomes for a key area. You will partner with product design, engineering and regulatory experts to translate complex requirements into clear, trustworthy workflows.

You will spend time with customers, prioritise by value, regulatory rigour and technical constraints, and steer decisions with clarity.

Qualifications

• Evidence of owning and shipping complex products from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Strong product judgment with examples of prioritisation under constraints.
• Clear written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy, roadmap and outcomes for a product area from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Partner with product design, engineering and regulatory experts to turn complex requirements into clear, trustworthy workflows.
• Spend time with customers and internal users to understand work, observe friction and distinguish underlying problems from requested features.
• Prioritise across customer value, regulatory rigour, operational efficiency, technical constraints and Scarlet’s goals.
• Keep the team aligned on the problem, outcome and trade-offs behind each decision.
• Communicate product direction, decisions, progress and learning clearly across Scarlet.
• Help improve how Scarlet practises product management as the team grows.
