Job summary

Scarlet, a London-based leader in medical-device certification software, is seeking a Product Designer to turn complex regulatory work into clear, efficient experiences. You’ll own core workflows, prototypes and interfaces, partnering with product, engineering and regulatory experts to ship trusted solutions.

Qualifications

• A portfolio of shipped digital products demonstrating product judgement and visual craft.
• Experience leading complex product work from discovery through delivery.
• Experience designing, prototyping or evolving design systems in code.
• Experience using research to inform product decisions.
• Experience working directly with users and cross-functional teams.
• Evidence of communicating complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of core workflows and key product areas.
• Turn complex requirements into clear product concepts, prototypes and interfaces.
• Partner with product, engineering and regulatory experts to ship and improve solutions.
• Help evolve Scarlet’s design system to improve product quality and delivery speed, including in code.
• Contribute to Scarlet’s overall product design direction.
