Lendable is hiring an Associate Product Manager to join the product team, focusing on post booking areas including payments, collections, credit limit increases, spend, and the mobile app. You’ll work in a lean team, running experiments and gathering customer insights to improve our credit and payments products across UK and US markets.

• 1-4 years in product, strategy, analytics, consulting or operations with close collaboration to product teams.
• Strong problem solving and ability to form hypotheses and test quickly.
• Comfort with data and ability to answer questions using code or queries.

Responsabilités

• Run experiments across the customer lifecycle and measure impact on engagement and payments.
• Collaborate with credit risk and data science on applying models to new use cases.
• Develop quick tests (manual, email, script) to validate ideas before engineering.
