Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Product, Strategy, or Analytics, incl. 1 year in a Product Manager role.
• 1 year of fintech, financial services, or lending/credit knowledge.
• Strong systems thinking with end-to-end impact.
• Experience building with AI, including agents, workflows, or code generation.
• Track record of shipping products that moved business metrics.
• Comfort with data, analysis, and SQL; able to answer questions.
• Bonus: high-growth startup/scale-up experience.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple product areas to support the expansion of our US Personal Loans business.
• Define strategy, ship features, and drive outcomes end-to-end.
• Collaborate with data science to productionize credit models and turn research into lending decisions.
• Design and build automations to improve operations.
• Use data to identify initiatives to improve credit quality, reduce losses, or grow volume.
• Explore use of LLMs to support customer service, servicing, and collections.
• A/B test customer journeys from application through servicing to improve conversion.
• Improve post-origination experience including payments and support.
• Lead the team and align stakeholders to improve tools and processes.
