Job summary

Hackajob Ltd in the UK is seeking a Product Manager to lead multiple product areas for its US Personal Loans business. You will define strategy, ship features, and drive outcomes end-to-end, collaborating with data science to productionize credit models and turn research into lending decisions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Product, Strategy, or Analytics, incl. 1 year in a Product Manager role.
• 1 year of fintech, financial services, or lending/credit knowledge.
• Strong systems thinking with end-to-end impact.
• Experience building with AI, including agents, workflows, or code generation.
• Track record of shipping products that moved business metrics.
• Comfort with data, analysis, and SQL; able to answer questions.
• Bonus: high-growth startup/scale-up experience.

• We improve the post-origination experience, including payments, customer support, and everything that happens after a loan is funded.
• We lead the team and align everyone around us to improve the tools and processes we use to deliver quickly.
• We break complex problems into shippable pieces and own the outcome under ambiguity.
• We communicate crisply with the MD, engineers, and in written specs.
