Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Product Manager to own a product area end-to-end in a fast-paced B2B fintech environment. You will shape a 12–18 month AI-first vision and drive customer-focused outcomes.

You will partner with Engineering and Design to turn product vision into high-quality experiences, balancing strategy with delivery. The role offers significant autonomy and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience owning a customer-facing product area end-to-end in a B2B context.
• Proven ability to translate customer insights into product priorities and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap from discovery to delivery and measure outcomes.
• Define, manage, and track OKRs with the product squad.
• Partner with Engineering and Design on discovery, scoping, prioritization, and delivery.
• Conduct direct conversations with customers to identify meaningful problems and set priorities based on evidence.
• Identify dependencies and proactively address risks to delivery.
• Represent customer needs in cross-functional discussions and decisions.
• Develop and communicate a 12–18 month AI-first product vision.
