Job summary

Vacantc Legal Recruitment presents an opportunity for a Product Manager to own the Estates and Private Client solution roadmap for UK law firms. Lead with a commercial mindset, work with cross-functional teams, and drive innovative legal tech that improves client outcomes.

The role requires a qualified solicitor with Private Client expertise and a data-driven approach to decision making, as well as strong collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to clients and leadership.
• Data-informed decision making with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience translating user needs into technical specs for software teams.
• Passion for technology and familiarity with legal software; interest in AI/automation.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the product vision, strategy, and road-map for Estates and Private Client solutions in the UK.
• Translate needs of Private Client practitioners into clear problem statements and user stories.
• Prioritise the backlog balancing customer value, legislation, and technical effort.
• Collaborate with developers, content specialists, and QA to deliver quality releases on schedule.
• Lead customer discovery through interviews, testing, and advisory groups.
• Identify automation opportunities and AI-enabled improvements to save time.
