Mishcon de Reya seeks a Product Manager - Practice of Law to own the strategy, roadmap and value realisation for a portfolio of legal tech products. You will lead two Product Owners and collaborate across Engineering, Knowledge, Risk and suppliers to enhance lawyer experience and client outcomes.

Essential experience includes defining product strategy, managing a complex portfolio and driving adoption across legal AI, drafting, e-signature and integrations. Flexible working is supported.

Qualifications

• Significant Product Manager experience in a complex organisation.
• Ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Strong craft across discovery, iterative delivery and lifecycle management.
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and trade-off decisions across priorities.
• Experience leading Product Owners or similar roles.

Responsabilités

• Own strategy and roadmap across legal AI, document management and collaboration.
• Lead two Product Owners and align with engineering, data and suppliers.
• Prioritise investment using RICE and evidence of client value and risk.
• Ensure secure, reliable integrations with core platforms.
