Job summary

Legatics is seeking a Product Manager to shape strategy and drive the development of our legal transaction management platform from London. You will lead cross-functional teams, own roadmaps, and craft precise requirements while integrating AI and ecosystem partners to deliver high-impact features for transactional lawyers.

You will collaborate with customers, partners and internal stakeholders, using data-driven insights to prioritise work and communicate roadmap decisions to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience with a track record of delivering features and initiatives.
• Strong ownership and accountability for complex product areas and outcomes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to define requirements with precision.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience working closely with customers to understand needs and translate insights into product decisions.
• Ability to tell a compelling product story and align stakeholders around roadmap.
• Data-driven mindset using qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritise features.
• Comfort with APIs, MCPs, integrations and building for an ecosystem (AI included).

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for product areas, including prioritisation and clear trade-offs.
• Draft specifications, user stories and feature briefs linked to customer needs and business outcomes.
• Apply AI across discovery, prototyping and specification to accelerate validation.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-impact features.
• Shape partnerships and integrations with ecosystem players (document management, e-signature, data rooms).
• Lead go-to-market enablement with marketing, sales and customer success.
• Define success metrics, monitor adoption and iterate based on outcomes.
• Grow the product practice and promote AI-enabled ways of working.
