Job summary

Gladstone Software is seeking a Product Manager to own a product area end to end, from discovery to delivery and adoption. You’ll line manage one experienced Product Manager and work with an agile squad of engineers, QA and design, alongside Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to ensure customer value and outcomes.

You’ll drive discovery, prioritise roadmaps, craft clear requirements and enable effective go-to-market planning.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in B2B software or SaaS.
• Proven track record from idea to launch, including discovery.
• Experience with agile development and backlog ownership.
• Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience coaching or line managing others.

Responsibilities

• Discovery: run customer conversations and validation sessions to identify problems and size opportunities.
• Delivery: own and prioritise the roadmap and backlog; write clear requirements and user stories; collaborate with engineering, QA and design.
• Go to market: plan launches with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Support; shape messaging and demos.
• Across all three: provide clear progress updates to executives and align with product leads; manage risks and dependencies.
