Job summary

MHR is seeking a Product Manager who will own discovery end to end, translating customer problems into a clear proposition and roadmap. You will interview users, test assumptions, and synthesize insights into focused statements that drive action.

You bring B2B SaaS or fintech experience and know how to define success with measurable outcomes, communicating clearly through concise product docs that align stakeholders. You will operate in ambiguity and shape new products with impact.

Qualifications

• Track record of shipping product that moved commercial or customer outcomes.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with discovery frameworks such as Jobs to Be Done or Opportunity Solution Tree.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery end to end, from identifying customer problems to shaping a clear proposition and roadmap.
• Define success before work begins with measurable outcomes and accountability.
• Collaborate with Product Director and Product Owners to align on strategy and delivery.
• Drive product direction in ambiguity and build something new with impact.
