Job summary

Loftware is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a full product across multiple teams, translating customer insight into strategy, backlog, and measurable business results. You’ll drive adoption, retention, and commercial performance with a cross-functional partner network including Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.

The role requires leading through influence, shaping multi-quarter strategy, and mentoring junior product managers.

Qualifications

8+ years of related experience in Product Management with a Bachelor's degree; or 6+ years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3+ years of experience; or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to own a full product end to end across teams with minimal oversight.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to set multi-quarter strategy and resolve complex issues.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including building and defending investment cases.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end backlog, strategy, and commercial performance of a full product, across teams with minimal oversight.
Set multi-quarter product strategy and represent it in roadmap reviews.
Balance customer needs, business outcomes, and technical feasibility in all decisions.
Act as the internal and external authority on customer user tasks for the product area.
