Job summary

Boost Talent ltd in the UK is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to own a customer-focused product portfolio across SaaS and digital platforms. You will lead a team of Product Managers, shape strategy, prioritise roadmaps, and collaborate with Marketing, Data, and Technology to drive growth and exceptional user experiences.

This leadership role requires strong data-driven decision making and a passion for innovation.

Qualifications

Experience leading Product Managers within a SaaS, digital platform or subscription-based business.
Proven success managing multiple products or product portfolios.
Strong commercial awareness and experience making data-driven prioritisation decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers.
Define and deliver product strategy and roadmaps.
Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and growth initiatives.
Partner with Marketing and Digital teams to optimise customer journeys and product adoption.
Use data, customer insight and experimentation to identify opportunities and measure success.
Balance commercial goals, customer value and technical delivery across multiple products.
Influence senior stakeholders and communicate product vision and progress effectively.
Foster strong collaboration across Product, Technology, Data, Marketing and Customer Success teams.
