Job summary
Solirius Reply, part of the Reply Group, is seeking an experienced Product Manager in London to lead digital product delivery in a hybrid working environment. You will define product vision, develop strategy, and work with Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, Developers and Delivery Managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders at all levels, make evidence-based decisions, and drive value by aligning user needs with business objectives throughout
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Product Manager / Product Owner in digital product delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum/Kanban environments.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and delivery management.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and strategy aligned with user and client needs.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs with clear priorities.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, Developers and Delivery Managers.
- Engage stakeholders to balance customer value with business objectives.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery within Agile teams.
- Drive continuous product improvement through data-driven decision making.
