Job summary

Solirius Reply, part of the Reply Group, is a technology consultancy delivering strategy, design, engineering and delivery for secure, user-focused digital services in the UK. We seek a Business Analyst with experience in digital product delivery to listen, translate needs, and drive outcomes with cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, UX, and DevOps to ensure requirements are well defined, testable, and aligned with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering within complex technical projects, digital platforms, or multi-tenant SaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation, traceability, and change control tooling (e.g., Jira, DOORS-type tools, or equivalents).
• Understanding of process and system modelling (e.g., BPMN, UML, TOGAF, or ArchiMate), and journey architecture to build a complete picture.
• Data literacy with APIs and data products; understanding of SQL or analytics tooling for sizing, validation, and mapping.
• Experience working in Agile teams, supporting ceremonies, and writing technical user stories.
• Excellent facilitation skills with stakeholders; ability to run workshops and negotiate scope.
• Desirable exposure to MBSE, Microsoft Azure/Fabric, Salesforce, or Gov/regulatory sectors.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture and map journeys aligning business processes with target technologies.
• Structure analysis of business, product, or capability using SWOT or MOST frameworks.
• Create unified views across business, process, application, and data architecture.
• Analyse existing systems and data flows to identify gaps, risks, and improvements.
• Document current and future state processes; quantify differences with data.
• Ensure traceability and manage baselines across lifecycle artefacts; support audits and V&V.
