Solirius Reply in London is seeking a proactive Product Manager to define product vision, shape roadmaps, and collaborate with clients and delivery teams to deliver digital products.

You will work with Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, Developers and Delivery Managers to ensure measurable value, manage backlogs, prioritise features, and drive agile delivery.

This hybrid role offers partnership with renowned clients and opportunities to grow within a fast‑growing consultancy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar digital product role.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy and roadmaps for digital products or services.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and working in Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience prioritising product backlogs to maximise value for customers and business.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, UX, Business Analysis and Delivery Managers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using customer insights, analytics and user research to inform decisions.
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance customer needs with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with user and client objectives.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap to maximise business and customer value.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog to ensure clarity for delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, Developers, QA and Delivery Managers throughout the lifecycle.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to understand goals, user needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Make evidence-based decisions using customer feedback, analytics and research.
• Define objectives, KPIs and success measures for the product.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning and prioritisation within Agile teams.
• Communicate priorities and delivery plans to stakeholders.
