Job summary

Solirius Reply, part of the Reply Group, is recruiting a User Researcher to join a multidisciplinary team delivering innovative digital products and services for government and private sector clients in London. You will listen actively, design inclusive human-centred experiences and collaborate across disciplines to shape new solutions.

Qualifications

• Develop and execute user research plans to generate insights.
• Use diverse research methodologies and engage stakeholders.
• Map and engage with different stakeholder groups.
• Conduct research responsibly and ethically, protecting participant privacy.
• Recruit a diverse range of research participants for inclusive studies.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to shape products and experiences.
• Lead and participate in remote and in-person usability testing.
• Analyze and synthesize research data to inform decisions.
• Define metrics to evaluate product impact and inform enhancements.
• Support teams in using research methods and communicating findings.
• Produce artefacts like personas, journey maps, user stories.
• Work with agile teams to deliver user-centered solutions.
• Advocate for usability, accessibility and inclusivity.
• Desirable: understanding of Government Service Standard.

Responsibilities
