Job summary

FedEx Global Trade Services (GTS) seeks a Product Manager – Data, Automation & AI to shape the transformation roadmap in Europe. You will collaborate with business leaders, data scientists, analysts and engineers to identify high-value opportunities and deliver measurable business outcomes through Data and AI initiatives.

You will own the strategy, backlog, and delivery of cross-functional programs, drive value realization, and promote innovation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Program Management, or a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to business value.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile or product-led delivery environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 25%).

Responsibilities

• Define the Data, Automation & AI Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the Global Trade Services Data, Automation & AI vision and roadmap.
• Identify, define, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities that improve efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
• Establish and maintain a pipeline of automation, analytics, and AI use cases aligned with business priorities.
