Job summary

FedEx Global Trade Services is seeking a Digital Transformation Business Analyst to drive data, automation and AI-powered change across our global trade operations. You will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, document requirements and translate challenges into tech solutions.

You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers and product owners, support UAT and change management, and help ensure adoption through metrics, training and storytelling about benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying automation and AI use cases and documenting requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with an innovation focus.
• Experience bridging business needs with technical solutions and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and functional specs for digital transformation.
• Support prioritisation of automation and AI use cases across Global Trade Services.
• Translate business challenges into technology solutions aligned with objectives.
• Collaborate with tech teams, data scientists, engineers, and product owners to implement solutions.
• Support UAT, solution adoption and change management activities.
• Leverage data-driven insights to improve decision-making and performance.
• Build partnerships with Operations, Technology, Regulatory Affairs and others.
