Job summary
FedEx Global Trade Services (GTS) seeks a Product Manager – Data, Automation & AI to define and execute a Europe-wide transformation roadmap focused on data, automation and intelligent systems. You will collaborate with business leaders, analysts and engineers to identify high-value opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.
As a senior product leader, you will drive governance, prioritization, and value realization while managing complex, cross-functional programs in a dynamic logistics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience in Product Management or Digital Transformation leadership.
- Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong business acumen linking technology investments to business value.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in Agile or product-led delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel within Europe (~25%).
Responsibilities
- Define Data, Automation & AI strategy and roadmap.
- Lead development and execution of vision and backlog.
- Prioritize opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience, and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across analysts, data scientists, and engineers.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
