Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to accelerate a Data, Automation & AI-driven transformation across Europe as part of Global Trade Services.

You will work with business leaders, operations, technology partners, and subject matter experts to identify opportunities, drive innovation, and lead change initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience, and performance across the global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Management, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience leading business transformation, operational excellence, or digital initiatives.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel within Europe (≈25%).

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives to evolve Global Trade Services into a data-driven organization.
• Develop and execute the Global Trade Services digital transformation roadmap.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and digitalization.
• Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Automation Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Owners, IT.
• Communicate transformation vision, progress, risks, and achievements to senior leaders.
