PBR Real Estate seeks a Product Manager to lead the evolution of an AI-driven CRE credit underwriting platform. You will encode market knowledge, define screening rules, and ensure transparent, auditable outputs for funds and managers.

In this role you’ll work with the founder team, refine prompts, QA outputs, and help drive client onboarding and product direction with a data- and AI-centric approach.

Formación

• 2–5 years in CRE credit or adjacent seat.
• Experience underwriting transactions and writing memos.
• Strong Excel modelling incl. cashflow stress tests.
• Scientific mindset with data construction sensitivity.
• Hands-on AI experience; able to craft precise credit memos.
• Exposure to multiple asset classes or European markets.
• Familiar with market data sources (broker research, CoStar, MSCI/RCA, Green Street).
• Prompt engineering or taxonomy/data-structure work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Encode domain knowledge into definitions, rules, and screening criteria.
• Work with AI models daily; write and refine prompts; evaluate outputs.
• Quality assurance of agent-produced screening decks and numbers.
• Configure onboarding for new clients: screener definitions, house formats, market configs.
• Collaborate on product roadmap; translate credit workflow into specs for engineering.
