• Translate AI automation opportunities into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria for the AI-first platform.
• Deliver hands-on enablement sessions, including workflow walkthroughs and in-context AI tool coaching.
• Create reusable playbooks, templates, prompts, and workflow patterns scalable across teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design and Data to align automation concepts with platform priorities.
• Synthesize user feedback into insights, pain points, workflow gaps, and roadmap recommendations.
• Support adoption by connecting AI automations to scalable product workflows and reusable platform capabilities.
• Maintain documentation of workflows, assumptions, limitations and recommended next steps.
