Zusammenfassung

Brookfield is seeking a Product Manager, AI Product Enablement to drive practical AI workflows for investment teams in the real estate sector. You will translate business needs into AI-driven automation, partnering with investment professionals to identify opportunities and specify requirements for our AI-first platform.

The role requires hands-on engagement with business users, deep curiosity about AI, and the ability to bridge product development with emerging AI capabilities to deliver

Qualifikationen

3+ years in product management, product operations, AI enablement, or related roles.
Experience applying AI tools to real business workflows, including Codex/Claude/ChatGPT.
Background in investment, real estate, asset management, or fintech is strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

Identify high-value workflow automation opportunities across investment, asset management, reporting, research and analytics.
Translate AI automation opportunities into clear product requirements, user stories and workflows.
Deliver hands-on enablement sessions with investment teams and coach users on AI tools.
Create reusable playbooks, templates, prompts, and workflow patterns for scale.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design and Data teams to inform priorities and platform capabilities.
