Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking a Product Manager to shape the Reachdesk Platform, turning complex customer and business problems into software products that deliver measurable impact. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll lead product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and delivery to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.

You’ll work with Engineering and Design and collaborate with the wider business to ensure value is realized across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering B2B SaaS products end-to-end.
• Ability to translate customer and business problems into software solutions.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, design, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Set product direction aligning company goals with customer needs and market context.
• Define problems and experiences before creating clear stories and journeys for design/engineering.
• Lead initiatives end-to-end from discovery to rollout and iteration.
• Make trade-offs balancing customer value, business impact and technical constraints.
• Coordinate launches and adoption across multiple teams to ensure value realization.
