Reachdesk is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the Reachdesk Platform and own end-to-end product initiatives from discovery to launch, ensuring measurable impact for customers and the business. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will lead initiatives with autonomy and collaborate closely with Engineering and Design across the wider business to create alignment and successful outcomes.

• Experience owning B2B SaaS products end-to-end.
• Ability to solve complex problems with evidence and judgement.
• Proactive stakeholder engagement across teams and partners.

Responsabilités

• Set product direction and priorities across the Reachdesk platform.
• Define problems and experiences before solutions for design/engineering teams.
• Lead initiatives end-to-end from discovery to rollout and iteration.
• Make sound trade-offs balancing customer needs and business impact.
• Develop opportunities with external partners to explore integrations.
• Orchestrate launches and drive adoption with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate decisions, progress, risks and results clearly to stakeholders.
