Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Product Manager for Cloud Service Enablement to shape Atlas Marketplace, the firm’s central registry for Terraform modules and policies. You will drive strategy, backlog, and collaboration with Engineering, Architecture and business teams to expand across cloud providers.

Qualifications

Formal training or certification on product management concepts and advanced applied experience.
Demonstrated experience leading product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and customer value management.
Technical background with knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code concepts, or related engineering domains.

Responsibilities

Lead the Atlas Marketplace and Release Management product strategy and vision, ensuring continuous delivery of value to engineering customers and stakeholders.
Own, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog that aligns development efforts with the strategic roadmap and measurable business outcomes.
Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and business stakeholders to define requirements, resolve dependencies, and drive alignment across teams.
Drive product discovery and ideation sessions to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for platform improvement.
Define and communicate a clear product roadmap that supports expansion across multiple Cloud Service Providers and evolving infrastructure needs.
Translate complex technical requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria that enable effective delivery.
Monitor product performance and adoption metrics, using data to inform prioritization decisions and demonstrate value to senior leadership.
Engage directly with customers and end users to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and ensure the platform meets their evolving needs.
Represent the product in senior leadership forums, communicating progress, risks, and strategic direction with clarity and confidence.
